Why do people call you “Fauji”?
When I started working in the factory back in 1997, my immediate Boss “Sarfaraz Shah” (Pattern Master), was very impressed by my work ethic. I was punctual, I used to meet my deadlines and he didn’t need to chase me down to get work done. He used to compare me with the army officers. And within a few months working at the factory, I earned the “Fauji” nickname.
