How will you deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered to you through a  Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

How can I cancel my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 2 to 5 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

Why can't I place an order for more than 2 items per product?

We have set the product purchase limit of 2 on select items to restrict wholesalers and resellers from buying. We really want all of Pakistan to enjoy our products.

What is Daily Deals?

We at Export Leftovers put a few products on deep discounts everyday for 24 hours. After the completion of the daily deal, the prices of those products return to their normal prices. Here is a video of our Co Founder, explaining the concept.

What is B Quality?

B Quality Items are products that have minor faults in them. The faults are hard to notice. They are completely wearable products and are not used or worn. The product faults may include darning (rafu), broken stitch, untrimmed threads and thread variation,etc. Or you can watch this video where our Co Founder explains the concept.

Do we have to pay in advance for orders over Rs.20,000?

On orders above the value of Rs.20,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank

How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders above Rs.2,999 ship free of charge.

For orders below Rs.2,999 we charge a fix rate of Rs.199 per order. 

Our system automatically calculates the correct shipping charge when you place your order.

Why are sometimes size labels different on poly-bag and on the product itself?

We sell many international brands, each having its own size specs. We try to map these sizes to our standard Pakistani sizes so that it is convenient for our buyers to order online. You will see a different size label on the poly-bag than the size label on the garment in such case. 

Please wear the garment to see if it fits. If not, please return it for a refund or exchange voucher.

You reduced the price of an article after I purchased it. Am I entitled for a reduction in price?

If we reduce our price within 7 days of your purchase date, you are entitled for a credit voucher for the difference in value. Please send us an email quoting your order number, item purchased and difference in price and we will issue a credit voucher. Please note, products bought/offered on Sale/Clearance, Special Sale events, Daily Deal and B Quality section do not apply to this.

How do I use a Gift card or voucher code that was issued to me?

You will see a field named "Gift Card or Credit Voucher" during your checkout. Enter the code in this field and you will get the promised discount or credit. Or alternatively watch this video

Can I open Cash on Delivery Package without making the payment to the Courier first?

No. You cant open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 30 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund (less the shipping charges) or an exchange voucher.

I have bought an item on promotion or with a Discount Code. What amount will you refund me?

For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.
For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only.

Do you offer international deliveries?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

 _session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

 _shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

 _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

How to pay online?

When paying online through a Credit/Debit Card, make sure your card is activated from the parent bank for online payments.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

Exchange Voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.

All returns should be sent to Returns Department, ExportLeftovers, 11 KM Satiana Road, Faisalabad.
