    How do I place an order?

    How will my order be delivered to me?

    Your order would be delivered via Leopards courier at your doorstep. If it is COD, you courier will collect the money and deliver the package to you.

     

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    Your order typically reaches your doorstep between 1-3 working days. For more information about Shipping Details, please click here.

     

    What are your Shipping Charges?

    Free delivery on over Rs.1499 across Pakistan. We charge Rs.199 for orders under Rs.1499.

     

    What Payment Methods do you accept?

    Acceptable Payment Methods are:

    • Cash On Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer (Please message us for bank details)

    • Easy Paisa (Please message us for Easy Paisa details)

     

     How do I check the status of my order?

    Your order status is updated to you via emails. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam for the status of your order.

    What are Daily Deals?

    Daily Deals are deepest discounts for one day only. The prices here are unbeatable anywhere on the planet. To restrict, wholesalers and resellers from buying, we have restricted the purchase per item in daily deals section to 2 items per household. Please note, multiple orders to the same household will be cancelled. Please note these discounted prices are for 24 hours only and the discount items would revert back to their normal prices after daily deal ends.

     

    Do you offer International Shipping?

    No. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

     

    Can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it. You can cancel your order before it is fulfilled using your online login details.

     

    Do you allow exchanges ?

    If you do not like anything about your order, you have the right to return the goods to us for an exchange or refund. Therefore, order with confidence. Please read our exchange policies for details.

     

    How do I use an ExportLeftovers.com Voucher Code or Gift card?

    Select the products you want to buy and add it to your cart. Paste the voucher code in the "Voucher" box and click on 'OK' button to apply the voucher. Now check the Final Order Amount! Or alternatively, watch this video.

     

    What if we reduce our prices after you have made your purchase?

    We will issue you a voucher code worth the price reduction if the the items was reduced within 7 days of your purchase. Please note this does not apply on products on daily deal.

     

    Why are the labels on the products different than what you ordered?

    We recheck the dimensions of all the products and relabel them according to actual measurements, please ignore the labels on the product and prefer physical measurements.

     

    Is Export Leftovers a Marketplace?

    We indeed are a marketplace for export factories. We sell their over runs and leftover production pieces on our website and charge a small sales commission to the factory owner for each transaction.
