Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage

2. Length:

Lay the body shaper flat on a table (don’t stretch it) Measure from the top of the shoulder strap (highest point) to straight down to the bottom hem.
